Alexandria is a Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.Ht.), Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, CIIS Graduate, and Journey Clinical Ketamine Practitioner. She founded Mindful Perceptions in 2019 to provide wellness-focused mental health support, meeting clients where they are in their healing journeys. Specializing in anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration, Alexandria combines mindfulness and a systemic perspective to guide her clients toward meaningful change.
Raised in Tennessee, Alexandria brings her Southern roots and love for nature into her practice, often using it as a therapeutic metaphor. Passionate about music and the mind-body connection, she enjoys live shows, festivals, and integrates practices like Thai massage, Reiki, and meditation into her own healing journey. Each session with Alexandria is tailored to the client, with an emphasis on building genuine connection and understanding the deep-seated beliefs and experiences shaping their lives.
